Placement Process
B. E. Smith conducts a call with our client to determine the scope and expectations of the project.
- Once we review your resume and determine if you are a potential candidate for a specific project, an interview with a B. E. Smith search consultant is scheduled.
- If the position seems to be a fit for both you and B. E. Smith, an employment relationship is developed.
- B. E. Smith will use information you provide during the interview process to create a professional profile, including work experience and accomplishments that will then be submitted to the client organization.
- The second phase of the interview process will be a call to introduce you to the client hospital.
- Most organizations prefer you to quickly be onsite as soon as the process is completed.
